The only mango variety used in Stork ice creams is the outstanding Alphonso mango, which is grown only in India. In the southern part of India’s Konkan region, there are about a thousand varieties of mango, with the best ones grown on the Ratnagiri plantation. The tastiest fruits are ripened properly, which gives them a rich flavour.
